NEMT Driver — Wheelchair Van
Full-time / Part-time — Transport passengers to scheduled medical appointments, assist with boarding, and secure mobility devices. Requirements: Valid driver's license with clean record; Ability to lift and assist passengers; Passenger assistance training (provided)
Dispatcher
Full-time — Build daily routes, confirm trips with passengers and facilities, and manage same-day changes. Requirements: Strong phone and written communication; Comfort with scheduling software; Calm under time pressure
Scheduling Coordinator
Full-time — Manage standing orders for partner facilities and verify authorizations before trips. Requirements: Healthcare or insurance experience preferred; Detail-oriented documentation habits; Customer service mindset
