We do not provide emergency or ambulance service. For a medical emergency, call 911.

What we transport
Ambulatory transportation
For passengers who can walk with little or no assistance. Curb-to-curb or door-to-door, including help with steps and seatbelts.
Wheelchair transportation
Ramp-equipped vans with four-point securement. Bring your own chair or request one for the trip.
Dialysis & recurring treatment
Standing orders for repeat schedules, with the same drivers whenever possible for continuity of care.
Hospital & facility discharge
Coordinated pickups with case managers, including same-day requests subject to availability.
Specialist & VA-facility appointments
Rides to clinics, imaging centers, therapy, dental, vision, and behavioral health appointments.
Long-distance medical trips
Regional transports for treatment programs and out-of-area specialists, quoted per mile.
Standards
Included with every ride
- • Confirmed pickup window in writing before the trip
- • Driver assistance boarding and exiting the vehicle
- • One escort or companion rides free when space allows
- • Walker, cane, oxygen, and service animal accommodation
- • Wait-and-return options for short appointments
- • Round-trip scheduling with a return call-back number
- • Facility notification on arrival where requested
- • Dispatch reachable Mon–Sat, 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
How rides are paid
Payment and authorization
Private pay
Card or invoice. Quote provided before the trip is confirmed, including mileage and wait time.
Facility or agency billing
Contracted rates for hospitals, clinics, rehab centers, and community organizations.
Third-party authorization
We can bill an approving benefit program, insurer, or broker when a valid authorization number is provided.
