We use your information to review and schedule transportation, contact you about a request, coordinate with the facility or care team when you ask us to, process payment or authorization, and maintain trip records required for our operations and insurance.

We share information only as needed to provide the service: with assigned drivers and dispatch staff, with the destination facility or requesting organization when relevant to the trip, with a payer or authorizing program you identify, and with service providers who support our scheduling and billing systems. We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of passengers and staff.

Some details you share, such as mobility needs, are health-related. Please share only what is necessary for a safe trip. Do not submit detailed medical records through this website. If we operate as a business associate of a covered entity under a written agreement, we handle protected health information according to that agreement.

We retain trip and billing records as long as needed for operations, accounting, and legal obligations, then dispose of them securely. We use administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
